CORE OF KNOWLEDGE WORKSHOP FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDERS

Teachable Moments: Relationships and Conflict Resolution in Early Childhood

Help children to learn how to express their own emotions and
recognize the emotions of others, enabling them to resolve
problems together even in situations of high conflict.


Hours: 3 clock hours.
Date/Time: Tuesday, December 13 • 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Location: JSSA, 200 Wood Hill Road, Rockville, MD 20850.
Cost: $45/per person per 3-hour session.

FACULTY
JSSA’s Core of Knowledge workshops are led by a team of expert
early childhood specialists. Every JSSA specialist has experience
in on-site pre-school consultations.

MD COK: Child Development/Level II.
DC COK: Social Emotional Development and Mental Health/Intermediate


JSSA is an approved provider of Core of Knowledge workshops
for childcare providers in Maryland, Virginia and DC. MSDE/OCC
approval number: CKO-3282. OSSE/ECE Trainer Approval number:
017-F10.
